Google Chrome's Preferences Search is impressive.
Not only do the results give you exactly the information you need, but the search results are still highlighted when you click through to another area of the preferences screen.

I guess if Google is going to get anything right, it would be search.

I'm impressed by Google Chrome's new preference screen. The search feature is particularly well done. Search for something and only the results you need are displayed. In this case, the JavaScript settings are in the "Privacy > Content Settings..." panel.

I guess if Google is going to get anything right, it would be search.

The Design4Mobile pattern library seems to have disappeared from the web. At least there is still the Wayback archive. It's a shame that it's over two years old and effectively a dead document.

Entourage confuses me
So, what happens if I click "No?" Does the alert go to everyone—added, deleted and unchanged attendees—or no one?

I clicked "No," and it seems that the alerts go to everyone. I only found that out by asking them.

I think the problem was that I changed both the time of the meeting and the attendee list.

At this, you get three and a half results and the bottom of the result is truncated. You need to scroll to see all of the ingredients, but the information you want (picture, title, and rating) are available. The results designed to make it clear that you can scroll down: the number of ingredients are listed, and the list just feels unfinished.

The new Foodily search engine is really nice.

They present exactly the information you need in a way that is visually appealing.They've limited the results to what you can see on your screen.

I was viewing this at 1920x1200, but it works fairly well at 1280x800, as well.

This was very confusing. No only is the heading "Email us," rather than "Unsubscribe," but the text above the Email address field beneath doesn't mention that I can actually unsubscribe until the end of the last sentence.

I'll admit it, I scanned the text. I didn't read it. Then I hit the back button because I thought I'd made the wrong choice on the previous page.

I really wasn't sure what to do here. It took me quite a while to figure out that I needed to click on the "Email" link. I wasn't sure what "Contact options for Unsubscrube from BT marketing messages" meant.

When I did click on "Email," I was even more confused.

Confirmation page — Clerkenwell Design Week
On the Clerkenwell Design Festival registration form, the confirmation page doesn't communicate that it's a confirmation page very well.

The entire form reappears with all of the fields empty. I initially thought I'd lost all of my hard work.

I only noticed the grey "Thank you for your comment" when I was taking this screenshot. Even that was slightly confusing: what did I comment on?
